Welcome to Cryo Spa Natural Healing Center

Since 2010 we’ve helped Pennsylvanians – from moms to professional athletes – find pain-relief and healing that lasts. We offer whole-body cryotherapy at our state-of-the-art cryo sauna in Bucks County.

You’ll experience first-hand why the Philadelphia Eagles have their own cryotherapy chamber, and why CEOs and thinkers like Tony Robbins seek out local cryo-saunas when they travel.

Whole-body cryotherapy provides healing and pain-relief whether you’ve got an autoimmune disorder, an exercise injury, or a wintertime injury.  The typical 3-minute session also can burn up to 800 calories and gives you the clear-minded, invigorated feeling often called a “runner’s high.”

The Cryo Spa Natural Healing Center is conveniently located in Southampton – a short drive from Philadelphia, New Jersey, and the Lehigh Valley.

The Heart, Mind, and Body of Bucks County

Because of our location in the heart of Bucks County, many of our clients come from nearby towns like Newtown, Richboro, Wrightstown, Upper Makefield, Bryn Athyn, Willow Grove, Doylestown, Yardley, Penndel, Ivyland, Northampton, Jenkintown, Warwick, New Hope, Bensalem, Bristol, Langhorne, and Warrington.

But we’ve served over 250 clients and counting from Philadelphia alone (and thousands more from other areas).  A cryotherapy session typically lasts 3 minutes, but it offers the kind of relief and invigoration that can make a 40-minute drive fly by.

Testimonials from Cryotherapy Converts

This place is a lovely environment of healing. The cryo sauna is easy to get used to once you know what to expect and the cold temperatures are completely tolerable (its “dry cold”). Eugene, the owner, is the most wonderful and caring person — he opened this center especially to help people with chronic pain and other inflammatory conditions, and genuinely wants everyone to get better. While whole body cryotherapy has worked wonders for most, he will recommend against additional cryo treatments if they don’t seem to be helping a particular condition, and try to suggest valid alternatives, which I found to be very ethical. My mom had a soothing massage which she thoroughly enjoyed.  I very highly recommend this Cryo Spa.

I have to say that after completing 10 sessions, I’m a cryo convert!  I went for a subtle pain resulting from an old foot injury that would become inflamed after hard workouts.  The cryo totally alleviated the inflammation and pain and also resulted in a bonus weight loss of 6 pounds!  I even went in once with a headache and it was instantly gone after my session.  The only issue is that you have to go in for treatment once a day to see best results but since it’s only 3 minutes long, it’s not that much of a big deal.  Would totally recommend to anyone dealing with pain stemming from inflammation.

Benefits of Whole-Body Cryotherapy

No matter where you are in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or beyond, you’ll find it’s more than worth the trip to Cryo Spa Natural Healing Center because of all the possible health benefits of whole-body cryotherapy:

  • Provides relief from wintertime injuries (like lower back pain from shoveling snow).
  • Can lower your stress levels, both during and after your session.

Not only is our cryo sauna good for your body, but you’ll also find it to be an oasis of mental healing.  Here’s how you can expect to feel after your whole-body cryotherapy session:

  • Peace of mind from knowing that relief and healing doesn’t always have to come from a bottle of medication.
  • Soothing warmth. Your circulation kicks into high gear during cryotherapy, and stays that way for long after you step out of the chamber, because it improves your thermoregulation.
  • An endorphin rush, like what you might feel after an excellent run or workout (but without the sweat and fatigue).
  • A new appreciation of your body.  Your body does the healing; our high-tech cryo-chamber simply creates the cold that tells your body how to react.
